Currently I review major international publications such as Forbes magazine, The Washington Post and The Economist have considered the global education market worth $ 4.6 trillion to $ 6 trillion for technology disruptions. Our analysis shows that higher education is vulnerable due to increased tuition fees and student debt burdens, the unjustifiable amount of time required to earn a degree and the incompatibility between college training and job skills demanded by employers.
Vision
Kevin Carey, author of The End of College: Creating Any Future of Learning and Universities, envisioned a world in which the rigid four-tier school post-school model and related student debt burden faded into the past. . He predicts that higher education becomes an affordable and lifelong intellectual and practical enrichment process shaped by one's professional and personal aspirations.
After assessing the weaknesses of higher learning, our team concludes a solution lies in the On-Demand Education Marketplace, or what we call ODEM. The platform is a single, accessible, and distributed network that allows students to interact with their academics and academic colleagues personally, onsite, both locally and internationally to improve the quality of accessible education at an affordable cost.
The ODEM Financial ecosystem
ODEM Token
The ODEM platform participant will perform all transactions using ODEMT. Payments will occur through token exchange and will comply with the terms and conditions of the smart contract. The token itself will be built on the Ethereum Token Standard, also known as ERC 20.
ODEM Payment Gateway
As illustrated in Figure 1, ODEMT should be a medium of exchange for purchasing program products and services on the ODEM platform.
Digital Wallet
A digital wallet is an online or mobile account where users can keep all payment information for ODEMT. The wallet will be integrated on the ODEM platform for educators, learners and other service providers.
ODEM Token Sale
The results of the token distribution event will be used to fund the development, operation, legal, and marketing of the ODEM platform. ODEMT will be the original currency used to function and operate on the ODEM platform. In short, the main purpose and the only token is for the use of utility services available on the ODEM platform. ODEM SA makes no claims about the use of ODEMT for any other purpose. Please note that any information mentioned in this chapter is subject to change without notice prior to the launch of the main crowdsale.
ODEM token sales will occur in two stages

. Pre token sale - early adopter phase
T
he Pre Crowdsale Stage will begin on December 10, 2017. In Pre-token sales, 58.2 million ODEMT will be issued at a discount rate of € 0.0375. This ODEMT will be issued with a 25 percent bonus. Please note the bonus token will only be accessible after the token event has completed token tokens token sales. There is a minimum purchase requirement of 200,000 ODEMT, per user, in the Pre-token sales phase.

. Sales Token
The main token sale will begin tentatively on February 17, 2018 and will continue until March 19, 2018. A total of 180 million ODEMT will be published in this phase. Evidence will be issued at or about € 0.05. Given the fact that the ODEM platform can only run optimally if the token is widely distributed, users will be allowed to purchase up to 250,000 ODEMT for the first hour of main token sales. After that, a maximum cap of 250,000 ODEMT will be lifted.

Given the global Token Sale regime, ODEM SA is committed to following certain best practices. ODEM token purchases will require KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) protection measures to ensure contributors can legally participate in token sales. ODEM believes to be a leader in the application of best practices. KYC form will be available in odem.io, home.
Contributions proposed by ODEM SA will be used for research and development of the ODEM platform and building markets. ODEM Rewards will be used to provide incentives to market participants and will be used at the discretion of the company on the basis of economic conditions.
